REAL ESTATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION LAW
Mr. Zangerle represents condominium and home owner's associations throughout Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Atlantic Counties. He brings a broad breathe of experience having represented Condominium and Homeowner Associations in all aspects of their legal needs, including transition from developer controll; fire reconstruction; assessment collection; rule enforcement; and interpretation and amendment of governing documents. In addition, he has assisted real estate developers and home builders in preparation of the governing documents and public offering statements necessary for registration of Planned Real Estate Developments with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.

The Law Offices of Gary Zangerle provides legal services to small business and individuals throughout Southern New Jersey. These services involve assisting in the formation of business entities such as corporations or Limited Liability Companies and the drafting of their governing documents; buying and selling of business; the crafting of contracts and if necessary the collections of their debts and litigation of their disputes.
CONSUMER FRAUD
Gary enjoys representing homeowners pursuing claims arising from the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, paying particular attention to violations of the New Jersey Administrative Code regulations governing Home Improvement Contractors. Mr Zangerle has successfully litigated numerous claims against unscrupulous Home Improvement Contractors while advising honorable contractors how to comply with those regulations.
